Contact Support

Alex is an AI employee that moves your business forward, with or without you prompting it. You communicate via email or chat — with more communication methods coming soon — just like a remote worker. When you have a specific task, email it and get a real deliverable back: a live site, a drafted document, a research report. But Alex also works ahead of you, handling things you haven't even thought to ask about yet. Think of it less like a tool you operate and more like a sharp hire who already knows what needs doing.

You can be emailing Alex within minutes. Sign up, complete a short 5-question setup (takes about 2 minutes), pay, and Alex emails you first. No configuration, no onboarding call, no prompts to write.

Full Service plans include the AI API. You pay one monthly fee and everything is handled. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) plans let you connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key and pay less per month. BYOK is great if you already pay for AI API access separately.

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime. No commitments, no penalties.

Anything that produces a written or digital output. Build a landing page. Draft a contract. Research a market. Write product descriptions. Create a standard operating procedure. Analyze a spreadsheet. Write a bio. The range grows as Alex's capabilities expand.

Both. When you have a specific job, email it and it's done. But you don't need to constantly drive Alex. It understands your business and takes initiative. Think of it like a CEO, project manager, and assistant rolled into one: someone who already knows your priorities and keeps things moving even when you're heads-down or off the grid. You're never blocked by having to figure out what to hand off next.

Every plan includes email support. We typically respond within 24 hours. You can also reach us via the contact page.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
